  • A 12-week cardio and strength training program featuring small-group workouts including functional training, strength training and cardiovascular exercise
  • Personalized instruction geared towards the abilities of each client and guidance by certified personal trainer Brad Tillery and other trainers and coaches.
  • Two group training sessions per week with daily nutrition tips. (Upgradeable up to four days per week.)
  • A challenging, fun, motivational and results-oriented experience—all for around $16 per session!

  • A high intensity workout environment consisting of strength training and fat utilization via sustained elevated heart rate.
  • To be pushed to your physical limit everyday and far exceed your expectations of your own physical abilities.
  • Two group training sessions per week with daily nutrition tips.

Note: The 12 Week Challenge HD is not for those that have medical conditions or concerns that would prohibit their participation in all activities.

All 12 Week Challenges consist of a small group of 5-8 motivated people who share your desire for results and the support to get there. We’re confident that BCS Fitness will motivate you to become or continue to be a healthy, energized person.

Three monthly installments of $135.00 – around $16 per session plus a one time application fee of $45 for new clients. Consider it an investment towards your body and mind.
