So what is my role at BCS Fitness?
Aside from coming up with crazy things for our clients to do at the studio, I like to think BIG and help busy people create a better lifestyle for themselves and their family.

Our BCS Fitness philosophy was born out of my own wrestling with trying to balance life (5 kids, beautiful wife, business, church, friendships, etc) and my own health and fitness. I use to run marathons, triathlons, workout for several hours at a time, and even skimp on sleep to accomplish my fitness goals.

Overtime, I learned that building a better lifestyle (sleeping more, eating better, and focusing on the QUALITY of my training and not the QUANTITY of my training leads to much better results across the board.

I’ve learned that more is less when it comes to training and that has shown to be true in the hundreds of people we have helped, and continue to help, in this community with our 30 minute model training philosophy.

In addition to having some "rad" DJ skills that I acquired in high school as a part time DJ for school dances and parties that (sometimes) might benefit our BCS Fitness community, my other relative talents include unique fitness program design, helping clients implement new nutrition strategies into their life, and motivating people to take action.

I’m also a graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 2001) and have been certified as both a performance coach and nutrition specialist through the American Council on Exercise since opening the doors of BCS Fitness in 2003.

AJ is a highly motivated fitness and performance coach with over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and performance coach, He received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University.

AJ serves as our DIrector of Fitness Coaching and has additional leadership responsibilities to insure our clients receive the very best results possible.

AJ is dedicated to helping his clients, as well as all BCS Fitness clients, reach their transformation and lifestyle goals.

Administration Leader

Amber is well experienced in Organizational Operations and Team Leadership. She works "behind the scenes" at BCS Fitness providing support and care for our staff and delights in serving alongside to make each client‘s experience the very best it can be. Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M, is married with 2 school-aged boys, and has a personal goal of not having to do push-ups from her knees!

Jared has 3 years of experience as a performance coach and a passion for helping people move and feel better. Jared is certified as both a Personal Trainer (NASM) and Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition). Originally from Tulsa, OK, Jared studied Economics at Oklahoma State University where he met his wife Kristin. Jared followed Kristin to Aggieland (twice) while she was earning a graduate degree from TAMU and again when she began working for StataCorp after a brief time in VA. Jared and Kristen have 2 daughters, Annabel and Madison, and 2 Labrador retrievers, Fiona and Ginger. As a family they enjoy the outdoors, from climbing mountains in Colorado to fishing the flats on the Texas coast.

Performance Coach

Colby has over 2 years of experience as a performance coach BCS and a desire to provide quality experiences for all BCS Fitness clients by demonstrating a sense of care and compassion. Colby graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Colby is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and loves using his platform to emphasize the importance of maintaining and active and healthy lifestyle. Colby plans on progressing in the fitness industry and is excited about continuing to develop his skills and knowledge base at BCS Fitness.
