For the last 14 years, Brad Tillery has been empowering men and women to new levels of personal health & wellness. His personal training practice has included a multitude of clients ranging from former professional athletes to those new to fitness.

Brad is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and is certified as a personal training and nutrition specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE.) He is also featured on the TLC Network series “My 600lbs Life” as a contestant trainer. 

In addition to his professional associations, he also serves on the board for the BCS Marathon Race Series as well as the Down Syndrome Association of the Brazos Valley. Brad resides in College Station, TX, with his wife Kara and their five children Hayden, Ben, Emma, Ellie, and Becca. Kara & Brad are proud graduates of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Classes of 1997 & 2001.

AJ is a highly motivated fitness and performance coach with over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and performance coach, He received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University.

AJ serves as our DIrector of Fitness Coaching and has additional leadership responsibilities to insure our clients receive the very best results possible.

AJ is dedicated to helping his clients, as well as all BCS Fitness clients, reach their transformation and lifestyle goals.

Krissy Johnson

Krissy Johnson

Performance Coach

Krissy Johnson is a graduate student at Texas A&M studying Health Education. She received her undergraduate degree in Community Health Education from Texas A&M in 2016.

Krissy is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has a group exercise certification though the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.

Krissy loves interacting with people from all walks of life and firmly believes that exercise can dramatically improve the quality of life for people of all ages and health status.

Kira Braune received her undergraduate bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M in 2017 and is laying the foundations of her career as a fitness professional with us at BCS Fitness.

Kira coaches both one on one clients as well as personal small group clients. Kira‘s enthusiasm and desire to make an impact on peoples’ lives makes her a very special performance coach.
