All times (unless noted) are for both South & Central Locations

Personal Training Small group training is 30 mins

Warm-up starts 5mins before the stated time


Morning Small Group 1:5 Training

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

*3 Day a week Training

  • 5:30am-6:00am
  • 6:30am-7:00am 
  • 7:30am-8:00am                                                       
  • 8:30am-9:00am
  • 9:30am-10:00am

Tuesday / Thursday 

*2 Day a week Training

*Clients have the option to add an 8am-830am training session on Saturdays for a 3rd day.

  • 630am-7:00am (Central & South Studios)
  • 8:30am-9:00am (Central Studio Only)
  • 9:30am-10:00am (South Studio Only)

Lunch Hour 1:5 Personal Training
