While group fitness options like boot camps, CrossFit classes, and intense group workouts are suitable for those who are young, college students, already fit, or have plenty of free time, they may not be the best fit for everyone. That's where our personal training program comes in.

At BCS Fitness, we start every client's journey with a one-on-one session. During this session, we take the time to discuss your goals, health, and fitness history. We also engage you in a brief workout to assess your current physical state. This allows us to identify any imbalances or potential injury risks, such as a stronger leg or a weak shoulder. Based on this assessment, we can then design the most effective exercises to help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently.
