At our Bryan & College Station, TX private fitness studios, our nutrition coaching has been carefully designed to help motivated people 40+ achieve success with their eating in the long-term. We don't try to fit you and your lifestyle into someone else's fad diet or force you into restrictive eating.
We focus on education in our nutrition coaching as well, and you will leave feeling confident in how you eat, how to shop at the grocery store, and how to change how you see food.
We are not a Nutrition Coaching program that is interested in helping people crash diet, cut out entire food groups, or lose arbitrary amounts of weight in arbitrary amounts of time. If you want to make real, tangible progress, are willing to put in the work, and want to see change in your life, that is what motivates us as a coaching staff and team!
