Since becoming a NASM-certified trainer in 2012 and earning my Precision Nutrition coaching certification, I’ve been dedicated to guiding clients through personalized fitness and nutrition programs that deliver real, lasting results.

    My name is Katie, if we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet! Unfortunately, my relationship with diet and exercise wasn’t always the healthiest, but God used that difficult season to give me a passion for helping and educating others in pursuing genuine health — not the version of “health” social media portrays. That passion led me to pursue a NASM personal training certification and my master’s degree in Nutrition from Texas A&M.
    At BCS Fitness, I’ve been able to use my education and experiences to do what I feel called to do: educate and encourage people right where they are. Far too many people don’t realize how capable they are, and I love getting to call that out in clients every day. Being a coach at BCS Fitness has been such an incredible blessing, thanks to the people — both clients and coworkers. It truly is a community and a family, one that is at the surface about fitness, but at its core about loving people well! I’m honored to be a part of BCS Fitness!
