What type of exercise should I do?
"I love that I don't feel pressured to lift heavy weights or "compete" with anyone. They care more about your technique than how much weight you're using and they really encourage you to to only compete against yourself. And just one of the many reasons this has become my home gym!"
We never understood why some fitness programs place all the emphasis on fast-lifting heavy.
Instead, we customize the experience to your needs and use a daily RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) to direct our coaching cues.
You can get just as lean + strong, without the pressure of having to "go heavy or go home" 🙄
